Your hotel

Every space in your hotel, monitored and understood.

From the plant room to the guest rooms: what we monitor, what ConnectIA detects and what gets logged.
In every space, with your current equipment or with wireless sensors.

MaindRooms

Guest rooms ready before every arrival.

Every room prepares itself before arrival and goes into standby after checkout. Before assigning it, you know it meets its comfort settings.

What we monitor

  • Actual temperature and setpoint
  • Windows and doors
  • Presence
  • HVAC consumption
  • Booking status (PMS)

What ConnectIA detects

  • Rooms that do not reach their temperature
  • HVAC running with the window open
  • HVAC on in empty rooms

What gets logged

  • Comfort history by room
  • Incidents and who resolved them

What it connects to

  • KNX and existing in-room systems
  • Wireless thermostats and sensors
  • Your PMS
Room 214: not reaching temperatureTechnician alerted and front desk informed not to assign it until it has been checked.
Wireless devices or existing technology.
MaindRooms, the guest room module of MaindHotelGuest rooms share the same platform as plant rooms, pools and cold rooms.
HVAC by occupancyConnected to your PMS: the room gets ready before check-in and switches to saving mode once vacated.
With your KNXIf the hotel already has KNX (Zennio, ABB and others), we use it without changing the installation.
No KNX, no worksWireless LoRaWAN thermostats and sensors fitted in every room.
Front desk and maintenanceThe status of every room, visible to whoever assigns it and whoever fixes it.
Do I need building works?

No. With KNX we connect to what is already there; without KNX, we fit wireless thermostats and sensors with no works.

Is it a separate product?

No. It is a MaindHotel module, activated on the same platform as the rest of the hotel.

How is it priced?

Per room. We detail it in the proposal according to the number of rooms and the equipment.

Plant rooms that warn you before they fail.

DHW, boilers, heat pumps, chillers and pressure booster sets: how they run, how much they consume and when they move outside normal.

What we monitor

  • DHW temperatures (flow, return and tanks)
  • Circuit pressures
  • Tank and cistern levels
  • Equipment consumption

What ConnectIA detects

  • DHW below its reference temperature
  • Pressure or level out of range
  • Abnormal consumption for the day's conditions

What gets logged

  • Temperatures for Legionella prevention
  • Deviations with their duration and correction

What it connects to

  • PLCs and controllers (Modbus, BACnet)
  • Wireless temperature, level and pressure probes
  • Energy meters
DHW tank below 60 °CTechnician alerted with the equipment history and the Legionella log updated.

Cool Protect

Kitchens with refrigeration always watched.

Cold rooms, freezers and display units watched day and night. ConnectIA tells a defrost cycle from a real breakdown and only alerts when the product is at risk.

What we monitor

  • Temperature of cold rooms, freezers and display units
  • Door openings
  • Defrost cycles

What ConnectIA detects

  • Real breakdowns, not defrost cycles
  • Doors left open
  • Temperatures rising outside their usual cycle

What gets logged

  • Temperature log for HACCP
  • Incidents with their cause and correction

What it connects to

  • Wireless temperature and door sensors
  • Existing refrigeration controllers
Cold room 3: defrost cycle identifiedA brief excursion within its usual cycle. No action required.

Pools and spa with water always in range.

Water quality, temperature and filtration, with the health log up to date and the pool contractor alerted in time.

What we monitor

  • Chlorine and pH
  • Water temperature
  • Pool and tank levels
  • Filtration status

What ConnectIA detects

  • Values outside the health range
  • Filtration failures
  • Trends that anticipate a problem

What gets logged

  • Pool health log
  • External contractor interventions

What it connects to

  • Existing chlorine and pH controllers
  • Wireless probes

  • Water and energy consumption
  • Leaks

What ConnectIA detects

  • Function rooms with stuffy air
  • Consumption outside opening hours
  • Water leaks

What gets logged
